Villa Római is in the center of the tourist entertainment area called Római part, yet secluded from the noisy and busy part of the boulevard on the the bank of the Danube River.

Within five minutes walking you will find yourself in one of the best tourist areas of Budapest, packed with restaurants and live entertainment.

If you are interested in history or ancient ruins of the late Roman Empire, this is the place to come in Budapest.

The famous Római Strand ( Borsodi Beach ) is just one block away. This place is really a hit. Numerous pools, water slides, event pool, open air fitness, daily sports events, mini golf, sauna, restaurants and even a free internet cafe.

Public transportation is excellent. Just a few steps away you can get a ride directly to downtown Budapest by bus or the commuter train called the HÉV.

The famous Pepsi Island is within 10 minutes by public transportation. It is close enough to get there fast if needed,  but far enough so that it does not disturb our quiet environment.
